Account Registration and Verification

Before using any services on 77je, members must create a valid account. Each individual may operate one account only.

Registration Requirements

• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same individual, family or residential address is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address used for registration must be active and personal.
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party is prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

For deposits, withdrawals or transactions above a certain amount, 77je may request the following documents from a member to verify their identity:

• A copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Active mobile banking account details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay).
• A selfie or live photo (where required).

If verification is not completed, withdrawal requests cannot be processed. 77je reserves the right to reject verification without stating a reason.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for your account password and login details. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

77je supports fast and secure transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for all methods).
• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly.
• Make sure deposit details are entered correctly — incorrect information may cause delays in crediting.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal time: generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking account that was verified at the time of registration.
• Withdrawal requests may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, 77je reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold.

Transaction Errors

If an incorrect balance is credited due to a technical error, 77je reserves the right to reclaim that amount. Members may not make any claim in this regard.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules regarding betting and online gaming on 77je are mandatory for all members.

Regarding Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 77je reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrectly set odds due to a technical error.
• Bets connected to match fixing or any form of dishonest activity will be considered void.
• Betting limits are set by 77je and may be changed at any time.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, the account may be subject to investigation.

Casino Games

• All games are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and others).
• Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a connection is lost during a game, the game record is saved; reconnecting will allow you to continue from where you left off.
• If an error appears in the game display, the server record will be considered final.

Sports Betting

Prohibited Activities

• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.

• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage (Collusion).
• Providing false identity or documents.
• Managing an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to withdraw funds by exploiting system errors.
• Harassing or threatening other members.

77je reserves the right to report any violation of these rules to the relevant authorities.

Responsible Gaming
